Shipping policy

Every item in my shop is handmade with care. Most orders ship within 3–7 business days, depending on the item. Larger or custom pieces may take a little longer, and any extended processing times will always be noted in the product listing.

Shipping Methods

All orders are shipped through USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Depending on size and destination. You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order is on its way.

Packaging

I package each item securely to protect it during transit. Whenever possible, I use recycled or eco‑friendly materials.

Estimated Delivery Times

- United States: 3–7 business days after shipping

- International: Varies by country (customs may cause delays)

Please note: delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, or holidays.

Customs & Import Fees

Buyers are responsible for any customs or import taxes that may apply. I’m not responsible for delays caused by customs.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package seems delayed, please reach out. I’ll do everything I can to help track it down, but I cannot control carrier delays once the package has been shipped.

Address Issues

Please double‑check your shipping address at checkout. I’m not responsible for packages sent to incorrect addresses provided by the buyer.

Returns Due to Delivery Problems

If a package is returned to me due to an incorrect address or failure to pick up, the buyer is responsible for reshipping cost.
